For Ringg AI I ran moderated usability tests with sales and support users, mapped their journeys and redesigned the core calling workflows, with a component library and design tokens for handoff. Task completion rose 60%+ and the startup raised $1M+ after; I also built their pitch deck. For DesiVocal I audited and improved the UI, from the studio and voice selection to text-to-speech flows, while it grew from 20K to 600K+ users.
